From Naples to Manchester
Marco Rossini grew up in his grandmother's kitchen in Naples, where every meal was a celebration. After training in Rome's finest restaurants, he brought those family recipes to Manchester in 2014.
Every dish at Marco's Kitchen is made from scratch. Our pasta is rolled each morning. Our pizza dough proves for 48 hours. Our ragù simmers for eight. We source locally where we can and import from Italy where we must.
No shortcuts. No compromises. Just proper Italian food, served with warmth.
